Technical Concept of Kiln Off Gas Utilization
Project Brief: Utilize off-gas kiln to dry coal in the coal mill, with the target to reduce the risk of explosion in the coal mill while improving energy efficiency by substituting hot gas generated by HGG.
- Keep low oxygen concentration at gas mill inlet <12%. (<5% is highly recommended)
